No, that's not necessary. You can hand us the keys, and we'll take care of everything.

4. Do you also clean basements, garages, or balconies?

Yes, basements and balconies are cleaned if they are present. Garage cleaning is available upon request.

5. What happens if the management raises any issues during the handover?

If any issues are raised, we will take care of the re-cleaning at no additional cost.

6. Do you also clean windows and shutters?

Yes, windows and shutters (inside and outside) are always part of our move-out cleaning.

7. What does the move-out cleaning cost?

8. How can I confirm the quote?

9. When and how is the payment made?

Payment is made directly after the successful handover. You can pay in cash or via Twint.

10. What happens if I need to cancel the appointment?

Cancellations are free up to two weeks before the cleaning date. Short-term cancellations may incur fees.
